The City of Portland is hosting a free, family-friendly Earth Day Celebration in Payson Park on Saturday, April 20, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM! City departments are teaming up with local green organizations to host a festival of fun.There will be music, food trucks, facepaint, balloon animal making, and outdoor activities for the whole family.
