Forest & Forage returns July 20th-21st at Stratton Brook Hut! This year, we welcome guest forager Greg Marley, and welcome back Chef Pete Uzzell.
- Foraging hikes with fungi expert Greg Marley Saturday and Sunday morning. 
- Lunch, dinner, and breakfast included, plus coffee and tea. 
- Multicourse fungi featured dinner with Guest Chef Pete Uzzell 
- Saturday evening presentation Foraging for Mushrooms; Developing your Foolproof Few. 
- Overnight lodging at Stratton Brook Hut. Bunkrooms sleep between 3 and 8 guests. Lodging will be in shared rooms. We will do our best to group folks in comfortable configurations.
