Western Maine’s premiere foraging and fungi event returns for a third year! This year we welcome Rewild Maine as our foraging experts, and chef Pete Uzzell returns to the kitchen for the famous forager’s dinner. Special guest Chef Iulian Fortu from Washington, D.C. will be joining Pete in the kitchen! Guests will experience an overnight at picturesque Stratton Brook Hut with all meals included.
